It's healing. I can stand on it for a few seconds, just have to make sure not to put too much stress on it.

1. On, but with the brightness on 2. The walls don't become slightly transparent in 3D with the brightness down, like they do with it up.
2. Circle Pad. With the gyroscope, pressing the button to fire the projectile makes the 3DS move slightly. The gyroscope picks this up, and moves your target out of place, making you miss.

Oh, and make sure the invert the aiming controls. That's the way it is in every other Zelda.
