    Now that I'm swimming again, I've started having chocolate milk every day after I work out. It's the perfect recovery drink.

    Last time I had chocolate milk was like 2 weeks ago, because I had to drink warm liquids and hot chocolate milk is just the best.

    Yeah. Over here there's a billion types of hot chocolate.

    The best chocolate, though, is when you get proper chocolate (swiss if you like) and melt it into hot milk. No powder, no fuss, just awesomeness.

    I've got a glass next to me right now. Just the old fashioned Hershey's chocolate syrup + Mayfield milk (I'm pretty sure that Mayfield only exists in the southeastern United States, but it's fucking awesome).

    Had two glasses at dinner.

    Is it just me, or does the Nesquik mix turn your milk an almost-grey-ish colour rather than brown?
